Stefan formed Karol Marketing Group in 1992 when he moved from an in-house position into an independent consultancy.

An experienced PR and marketing consultant, Stefan specialises in market analysis and providing effective marketing solutions of a wide range of companies across many sectors.

A former Regional Chair of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Stefan’s background includes areas such as marketing and communications audits, strategic marketing programmes, public relations, sales promotion, direct mail, advertising, brochure and corporate graphic design.

A proactive member of the community Stefan is a board member of the Ouseburn Valley Trust and in 2003 Stefan was elected Chairman of the Newcastle City Council’s Local Strategic Partnership for a Prosperous Newcastle. He is also an honorary member of the D&AD and a founding director of The Tanfield Food Company and Somethinkelse design.

Stefan has recently been invited to receive the honour of fellowship for the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Sujarda Sadanandan Sujarda Sadanandan, account director (designate)MCIPR    
With over four years PR experience Sujarda has previously worked in-house at The Shaftsbury Theatre in London’s west-end, and in the Leisure Services Department of Leeds City Council.

She joins Karol Marketing for the second time having recently relocated from London where she worked for leading property communications consultancy Halogen on mixed-use development and regeneration accounts.

Holding an MA in Fashion Journalism and a BA (Hons) in Public Relations, Sujarda has written for a number of consumer titles such as Fashionline Magazine, Disorder and Medium Magazine.

Sujarda is currently working on consumer and business accounts including; Nike ACG, Teva, Vango, Lichfield, Newcastle Great Park, Evolution Festival 07 and Tagish.

Frank Jellinek Frank Jellinek – Account Director    
Frank is a highly experienced marketer and has worked on global strategic brand development projects in countries such as the UK, Germany, Japan, as well as in various parts of South-East Asia for many years. With his extensive knowledge of strategic management, marketing, PR and retail branding, he successfully worked with global FMCG and corporate clients.

He graduated from Cranfield University with a first class BA Honours in Graphic Design and a diploma in Japanese from Lancaster St. Martins.

He is the Account Director at Karol Marketing Group and provides strategic marketing and business insight.

The directors and managers are supported by an extensive team of experienced account executives and administrative support, ensuring that the programmes are on track, on time and on budget.

The allocation of the appropriate team also ensures that there is always someone working on the programme, driving it forward and available on an ongoing basis.
